Being the newly-wed and all in love couple of industry since the time they were seeing each other, Ranveer and Deepika have never failed to leave their fans in awe. ’83 the film is all set and has been started filming.
83 is based on the India’s cricket World Cup win in 1983. Ranveer will play a former team captain Kapil Dev, whereas Deepika on the other hands will be seen playing his wife Romi.
Aren’t they cute as and when they post pictures and heart-touching messages for each other? Oh! And not to forget, Ranveer’s ideal-husband like comments on his wifey’s pictures on Instagram.

Ranveer also made the declaration on Wednesday on Instagram captioning a photo of Deepika and Kabir as, “*drum roll* All smiles as All-star @deepikapadukone joins the #83squad!” He also further stated that no one else can play the better role of his wife then his wifey herself!
After their grand, royal wedding, of which their fans are still admiring the pictures and their huge Colgate smiles, this news has sent a wave of enthusiasm and excitement down the aisle.
The shooting of which has already begun with Ranveer Singh in Glasgow and Deepika has also reached the venue. As on Thursday, Deepika shared a video on her Instagram stories, showing how she is cheering for husband Ranveer, from the stands as she shoots and prepares for the film with his co-stars. Deepika’s caption has for sure taken many hearts off their feet, which read “being the supportive wife on and off the field… #83thefilm”.
The much-awaited film is going to release on April 10, 2020. ’83 is produced by Madhu Mantena, Vishnu Induri and Kabir, and is presented to you by Reliance Entertainment.
