Anupama pampers sleeping Little Anu and says sorry for leaving her alone again. She promises to return soon and says she took a decision to visit Shahs as one should help dear ones in trouble instead of counting their mistake, Toshu is also her son and she has to take care of him also. She cries that she has to leave her like this and says she immensely loves her and her papa. She draws a heart on Little Anu’s palm and I love note for Anuj. Maaya walks in and asks her not to worry about Little Anu as she is her biological mother and understands a mother’s pain. Anupama says whether its a biological or adopted, a mother never changes and loves her child immensely. Maaya asks her to go and let her handle everything here. She notices I love you notes for Little Anu and Anuj and hurriedly helps Anupama in packing her clothes. Once Anupama leaves, she throws away the note for Anuj and wipes one on Little Anu’s palm.
Anupama walks to living room. Leela hurriedly says lets go. Anupama tells Anuj tat she will visit him often and asks if she shall go. Anuj says she should as Toshu needs him. Anupama says she will return once Toshu gets well. Anuj says he understands. Maaya gives Anupama’s bag. Leela literally drags Anupama from there, leaving Anuj emotional. Maaya senses an opportunity to overtake Anupama and thinks by the time Anupama returns, she will change everything here. She thinks Anuj is habituated to Anupama’s tea, from hereon he will be habituated to her tea with a few bitter words.
At Shah house, Shahs get worried for Leela and try to contact Vanraj. Leela returns with Anupama. Hasmukh rebukes her for meddling with Anupama’s life and says she emotionally blackmailed Anupama and brought her here and things get normal, she will kick Anupama out; she should have some shame, etc. Leela says he can say anything, but the truth is Anupama is Toshu’s mother and only a mother can serve a child selflessly. Hasmukh warns her to stop her nonsense and asks Leela why did she come here. Rakhi taunts Anupama that she divorced Vanraj but couldn’t divorce Leela. Leela says she doesn’t care about the taunts as everyone except her and her son are waste bodies at Shah house who can’t take care of Toshu, so let Anupama take care of Toshu and she will take care of her house.
