દિલીપસિંહ રાજપૂત, બનાસકાંઠા : એલસીબીએ થરાદ પોલીસ સ્ટેશન વિસ્તારમાંથી દારૂ ઝડપ્યો હતો. એલ.સી.બી સ્ટાફના દશરથભાઈ, અરજણાજી, ઈશ્વરભાઈ માણસો થરાદ પોસ્ટે વિસ્તારમાં પેટ્રોલીંગમાં હતા તે દરમીયાન બાતમી મળી હતી કે કારમાં દારૂ લઇ જવાઈ રહ્યો છે.
હકીકત મેળવી પીલુડા ગામ નજીકથી સ્વીફ્ટ ગાડી નંબર GJ-02-CA-3391 ગાડીમાંથી ભારતીય બનાવટના વિદેશી દારૂ બીયરની બોટલ નંગ ૯૩૬ કિ.રૂ. ૧૦૬૦૮૦/-તથા મોબાઈલ નંગ ૦૧ કિ.રૂ. ૫૦૦૦/-તથા સ્વીફ્ટ ગાડી નંબર GJ-02-CA-3391 મળી કુલ કિ.રૂ.૪૧૧૦૮૦/-ના મુદ્દામાલ જપ્ત કર્યો હતો.
સ્વીફ્ટ ગાડીના ચાલક જનકસીહ વિહજી ચૌહાણ રહે. પીલુડા તા. થરાદવાળાઓ પકડાઇ જઇ તથા સ્કોરપીયો ગાડી વાળાએ દારૂ ભરાવી તથા જયપાલસીંહ ગીનુભા જાડેજા રહે. ડાભુન્ડા તા. રાપર વાળાઓએ દારૂ મંગાવી ગુનો હોય તમામના વિરૂધ્ધમાં થરાદ પોલીસ સ્ટેશનમાં કાયદેસરની કાર્યવાહી કરેલ છે.
